thanks to fjp and ottavio for an online debugging session. we came to the conclusion that the _id scripts needs ide.agent to work properly, please add it the udev initramfs-hook: copy_exec /lib/udev/ide.agent /lib/udev this leaves 2 warnings about not beeing able to exec hdparm, maybe you'd know how to silence those, otherwise users might believe they have no dma..
