Dear Maintainer,

If you run Mozilla Thunderbird under a Danish locale, there is a
problem with duplicated short-cut keys.

You get to the "Meddelelse" menu using Alt-M, but then there are two
menu item with the key (Alt-F): "_F_lyt til" and "Opret _f_ilter...".

This is a serious usability issue, as "Opret filter..." isn't always
active, which again means that Alt-M Alt-F puts you in different
places depending on the state of the program.

Please change the short-cut key for "Opret filter..." to something not
colliding with other items on the "Meddelelse" menu.

Looking at the complete "Meddelelse" menu, "Opre_t_ filter..." is an
option, if refactoring the short-cut keys completely is out of the
question.

If refactoring the short-cut keys completely is acceptable, here is my
suggestion:

   _N_y meddelelse
   _S_var
   Svar _a_lle
   Svar _l_iste
   _V_ideresend
   Vi_d_eresend som
   _R_edigér som ny meddelelse
   ---
   _Å_bn meddelelse
   Vis korrespondence i _t_råd
   ---
   Ved_h_æftede filer
   M_æ_rkat
   _M_arkér
   ---
Arkiv_é_r (might be tricky, would Alt-E work here?)
   _F_lyt til
   _K_opiér til
   Flyt til arkiv _i_gen
   ---
   O_p_ret filter
   ---
   I_g_norér tråden
   Ignorér _u_ndertråde
   _O_vervåg tråden

This solution has no overlaps.

Is there any way to backport a fix to Strech or Jessie?

/Jacob
