trickle man page forgets to say what happens if the trickled server restarts (i.e. is teminated by "kill -TERM" and then starts again with the same socket file name) while a trickle process is running. My suggestion is that for this case it should be able to wait some time (probably without any network I/O) until it restarts. We could add to "trickle" command line the option specifying timeout (default could be about 1 to 3 seconds) to wait while trickled restarts. This is needed to change up and down rates on the fly, while the web browser is running. It is important for some users. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
