Please decruft the arch:all package fpc-source-3.0.0. It is blocking fpc's migration [1], despite fpc never building on mips64el, ppc64el and s390x. On IRC it was mentioned that the reason why this isn't handled automatically is in bug 859566. This is a follow-up for bug 869076. That bug requested removal of 3 packages.
