On stretch, tor does not start after installation.

After I comment out these

# ReadWriteDirectories=-/var/lib/tor
# ReadWriteDirectories=-/var/log/tor
# ReadWriteDirectories=-/var/run 

lines in /lib/systemd/system/tor@default.service this

systemctl start tor.service

will work.
