Something like this:

1) apt-get -q source atlas
2) <install atlas build-depends>
3) cd atlas-3.2.1ln
4) mkdir debian/amd64
5) debian/rules build_record (keep machine quiet if possible)
6) send me either the whole log, or that between 'Build record' and
   'done' 

This will produce a build for whatever isa extensions you have
available.  As all amd64 are at least sse2, I think we're going with
that for the base build.
