I'm running the same version of CoyIM and GTK as you are. Since I'm not using a local X server but instead run Debian in a Vagrant box and forward my X session via SSH to an XQuartz server outside the Vagrant session, my setup might be a bit different than yours though. I'll try to reproduce this issue on a native testing system. Did you do anything particular in CoyIM to trigger these warnings? I've tried starting it, registering my Jabber account, viewing the roster and details, and opening a chat window. Is there anything else you did that could help me make the issue appear?
