Hi,
Before Debian 9 came out, I was testing all that, and I found this
horrible bug - I wondered who tested it -or not- before making such
thing available, but I was glad to see that people on Debian already
found it before me, and also found the solution (July, 2016) :

So I kept the previous Debian version until everything was corrected and
the final version of Debian 9 is released.
But now, July 2017, Debian 9 is out, and the bug is still here, 1 year
after the correction by the developers x11vnc
I'm not sure if it's necessary to point out again that this bug makes
any use of x11vnc impossible. When you code, x11vnc crashes when any
tool tip appears, when you right click on something into the start menu,
it crashes again : you should open an SSH terminal access in order to
restart the x11vnc every 30 seconds...
