Bug#867964: dhcp ips are not renewed after waking up from hibernation

Systemd maintainer has told me that systemd is not responsible for
this bug because

> This bug is misfiled. systemd is not involved with 
> /var/lib/dhcp/dhclient.leases

/var/lib/dhcp/ belongs to this package. Is this the right place? :)
