Hi Svein,

I will provide a backport of btrfs-progs for stretch as I am already
doing for jessie. https://backports.debian.org/Instructions/

The jessie-backport version must never be greater than the version in
stretch, and the stretch-backport will be a couple of days behind the
version in testing. The version in testing will usually be five days
behind the version in unstable, but this changes during a freeze.

The unblock request denied by release team wouldn't have been
necessary if the version in unstable was kept up to date.

Sincerely,
Nicholas
