After installing llvm-5.0 and llvm-5.0-dev, and trying the following command: > llvm-config-5.0 --link-static --libs I got the following error: llvm-config: error: missing: /usr/lib/llvm-5.0/lib/libLLVMTestingSupport.a Since llvm-5.0-dev is the package where all the .a files are, I suppose this file is missing from this package.
