Package: ifplugd
Version: 0.26-2.1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Very simple: ifplugd no longer starts. At all. Attempting to do so produces
the following message when using the init script:

'Starting Network Interface Plugging Daemon:.'

No message is produced when running 'ifplugd' by hand.
