Hi Jeff, IIRC letter size is the official paper size only in Canada, Mexico, Philippines and United States, but it is also very common in more countries (especially in America), depending on printer suppliers. I am thus inclined to perform this change, tag it as a draft (with a reference to the bug report) until a more official source is provided. If other users from this country dislike this change, they will be pointed to this bugreport and hopefully be able to argue and provide some background information.
