Bug#866339: gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly: fails to play mp3 files

I had the same issue with Clementine and I solved by deleting file 
~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0/registry.*.bin

I have no idea why plugins were blacklisted too. Thank you!
