Package: module-assistant
Version: 0.10.2
Severity: important
During the latest nvidia update - running module-assistant - then
update - prepare - select - selecting nvidia - get - build which
automatically installs would install an old copy. I had to go into
/var/cache/modass/ and delete nvidia-kernel* to get it to finally
work correctly.
The consequence of this bug would be very hard for less experienced users.
I've had this bug appear on more than one system - I found notes that others
are having the same problem -
