Package: gdm3 Version: 3.22.3-3 Followup-For: Bug #805414 The workaround from https://wiki.debian.org/BluetoothUser/a2dp used to work, but starting with gdm3 3.22.3-2, it is not enough anymore. I found out that I now need the following additional step to really prevent gdm3 to start pulseaudio:
rm /var/lib/gdm3/.config/systemd/user/sockets.target.wants/pulseaudio.socket This, along with the /var/lib/gdm3/.config/pulse/client.conf file, got my bluetooth headset working again.
