There is a bug in 1.6.0 and earlier, where the parameter to "-B" is ignored.

The next release will contain a fix for this bug. Unfortunately I have been
very short of time over the past several months and so have not got around
to releasing the fix.

I aim to release a new version of PV by the end of this month.
