Steps to reproduce:
1) ffmpeg2theora /usr/share/xine/visuals/default.avi

Expected results:
1) ffmpeg2theora should warn something like "Can't open
/usr/share/xine/visuals/default.avi.ogg for writing".

Actual results:
1) ffmpeg2theora segfaults with the following messages:

Input #0, mpegvideo, from '/usr/share/xine/visuals/default.avi':
  Duration: 00:00:00.0, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 104871 kb/s
  Stream #0.0: Video: mpeg1video, yuv420p, 384x288, 25.00 fps, 104857 kb/s
  Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.00/1   Frame Aspect Ratio: 1.33/1
  Resize: 384x288
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Notes:
This bug does not seem to happen under strace but it does happen under
gdb.
