Package: postfix-policyd-spf-perl
Version: 2.010-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

on first glimpse, this package seems an alternative to
postfix-policyd-spf-python ,
The current version number 2.0.1-1 looks very similar.

However, looking at the timeline of releases
https://launchpad.net/postfix-policyd-spf-perl/ ,
it turns out that this is from 2012, and
it seems that the perl implementation was abandoned in 2012,
when pypolicyd-spf https://launchpad.net/pypolicyd-spf/ started,
with 1.0, now having reached 2.0.1 by coincidence.

pypolicyd-spf's changelog mentions an important protocol standard update in
2014.

Perhaps the obsoleteness of this package should be clarified in its description?
