zgrep /usr/share/doc/mutt-ng/UPGRADING.gz for list_reply and adjust
your muttngrc like described in
/usr/share/doc/mutt-ng/README.Debian:

To update var names for mutt-ng run:
$ chmod u+x /usr/share/doc/mutt-ng/samples/update-config.pl
$ perl /usr/share/doc/mutt-ng/samples/update-config.pl
