The diff() and run_tests() functions are missing from the freemat toolbox. The missing diff() function also causes the hist() function to fail. The run_tests() function provides a convenient way for a user to run the freemat tests after the binary packages are installed The files toolbox/general/diff.m and toolbox/tests/run_tests/m are present in upstream's tarball, but are missing from the DFSG tarball due to the Files-Excluded field in debian/copyright. I didn't see anything in these files that would make them non-free. Please consider including them again. Regards Graham
