Unfortunately not. The Root Zone KSK Rollover is going to happen this summer and reverting this would only postpone the problem. And we will need the same update to happen in jessie (+ update for every package not using dns-root-data), so the one thing I can do is to test all reverse (Build-)Depends in jessie and stretch to make sure nothing else obvious breaks.
