Oh, really? Which parts are stll not available? Before 0.8.0 upstream release there was a big PPC check that everything works. When you find a problem with endiness, please report in kde.bugs.org. as you've seen upstream is pretty responsive to such bugs. (Well, not always just an hour until a patch/fix comes up as in this case ;) As already mentioned in b.k.o, please let us know if the upstream patch included in 0.8.1-3 sources at. http://www.mpe.mpg.de/~ach/tmp/src-only/ fixes the problem (no ppc here).
