Terminal related updates

In addition to screen, mention tmux

Mention NCURSES_NO_UTF8_ACS:

Sometimes, translated full screen dialog in Japanese doesn't fit in
nicely on screen if dialog has Unicode BOX DRAWING CHAR

You can avoid it:

gnome-terminal
 Edit->profile prefertencesのCompatibility -> Ambiguous-wide characters
   default is Narrow

Alternative: (ncurses-doc)
Set environment NCURSES_NO_UTF8_ACS=0
