Package: vorbis-tools Version: 1.1.1-3 Severity: normal By chance, I just discovered a FLAC file which segfaults ogg123. To reproduce, do:
$ wget http://delysid.org/dragirlmono.flac $ ogg123 dragirlmono.flac This happens on i386, and amd64, at least. It does not seem to be related to the number of channels, or bitdepth, since I tried to generate a mono 16bit flac file, and that just plays fine. It seems to have something to do with this specific file. flac123 plays it fine. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-rt15 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages vorbis-tools depends on: ii libao2 0.8.6-3 Cross Platform Audio Output Librar ii libc6 2.3.5-12.1 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libcurl3-gnutls 7.15.1-1 Multi-protocol file transfer libra ii libflac7 1.1.2-3+b1 Free Lossless Audio Codec - runtim ii libogg0 1.1.3-2 Ogg Bitstream Library ii liboggflac3 1.1.2-3+b1 Free Lossless Audio Codec - runtim ii libspeex1 1.1.11.1-1 The Speex Speech Codec ii libvorbis0a 1.1.2-1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii libvorbisenc2 1.1.2-1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii libvorbisfile3 1.1.2-1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi vorbis-tools recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- CYa, Mario | Debian Developer <URL:http://debian.org/> .''`. | Get my public key via finger [EMAIL PROTECTED] : :' : | 1024D/7FC1A0854909BCCDBE6C102DDFFC022A6B113E44 `. `' `-
