thanks for packaging python-django-filters. Upstream released version 1.0 in november 2016. It's too late for stretch, but it would be nice to have it in Debian, and possibly stretch-backports, soonish after stretch releases. It'll likely be needed for adding an API to contributors.debian.org, which will be deployed on stretch+stretch-backports some time after stretch releases.
