Have you already taken care to follow Mojang's trademark rules? https://account.mojang.com/documents/brand_guidelines Specifically I think one of their terms is that even non-commercial software must very clearly state that it's unofficial and not affiliated with the parent company. I did a more extensive write-up for Bug#862698, but the synopsis is: possible danger from trademark infringement goons if the rules aren't followed, and check with debian-legal just in case.
