NM-1.0.typelib has been split into it's own package gir1.2-nm-1.0 in
version 1.8.0-2 (currently available in experimental, will be uploaded
to sid once buster opens for development).

Which means the following package dependencies should be updated
accordingly:
gir1.2-nmgtk-1.0 → gir1.2-nma-1.0
gir1.2-networkmanager-1.0 → gir1.2-nm-1.0

Would be great if you can prepare those changes in experimental or make
them early in the buster release cycle.

The API for libnm/libnma should be mostly the same as the old one for
libnm-glib/libnm-util/libnm-gtk

The API documentation is available at
https://developer.gnome.org/libnm/stable/
https://developer.gnome.org/libnma/stable/
