In stretch, GNOME 3, I opened a Filer window and browsed into a camera attached to USB I opened a second Filer window (middle clicking the icon to launch it) and browsed to an empty directory on the hard disk. I selected all the files in the camera and dragged and dropped them to the other window. While they were copying, the copying progress popup appeared in both Filer windows. After that, I selected all the files in the camera and pressed delete. It asked me to confirm. The popup appeared telling me it was deleting them. This popup appeared in both open Filer windows. The files weren't really deleted in the destination folder, but seeing the notification appear there was very disturbing.
