python-jenkins 0.4.11 is partly broken. There is at least two severe
breakages:
* does not support a server URLs using a prefix such as:
http://example.org/ci
* creating a node raises a 400 bad request
I would advise to drop 0.4.11 from testing and use 0.4.12 instead.
