After taking a second look, I'm assuming this report comes from reproducible builds.
From the log: Get:13 http://httpredir.debian.org/debian sid/main amd64 golang-github-syndtr-goleveldb-dev all 0.0~git20170302.0.3c5717c-2 [3790 B] This FTBFS occurs because this specific version of the packaging did not play well with dh-golang. A corrected version of this package has been uploaded and is now in unstable. I'm looking into kicking off another rebuild test and will close this if it succeeds. -- Michael Lustfield
