Hi, Please update libapache2-mod-auth-memcookie to 2.0 version, that support apache 2.4 natively and switched to supported libmemcached (in place of no more maintened libmemcache). The 2.0 version maintened now at github her : https://zenprojects.github.io/Apache-Authmemcookie-Module/
