Package: conkeror
Version: 1.0.3+git170123-1
Severity: important
Tags: upstream confirmed
Control: forwarded -1 http://bugs.conkeror.org/issue513

When conkeror is used with Firefox 51 or above, and a site is password
protected via HTTP Basic Auth (e.g. via .htpasswd), the expected
password dialog no more pops up and the browser immediately shows the
401 page of the webserver.

This is tracked upstream at http://bugs.conkeror.org/issue513

Current workaround is to use firefox-esr instead which is currently (but
no more for long) at 45.8.
