Package: network-manager-openvpn Version: 1.2.8-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I'm trying to translate an existing .ovpn file into appropriate nm config. The remote specified in .ovpn is given as `remote 2001::xxxx port', but I found nm refused neither form of an IPv6 host, like 2001::xxxx:port, [2001::xxxx]:port, or [2001::xxxx] without a port. I believe this behavior is out of exception, since openvpn is happy with such config. -- System Information: Debian Release: 9.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.9.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages network-manager-openvpn depends on: ii adduser 3.115 ii libc6 2.24-9 ii libglib2.0-0 2.50.3-2 ii libnm0 1.6.2-3 ii network-manager 1.6.2-3 ii openvpn 2.4.0-4 network-manager-openvpn recommends no packages. network-manager-openvpn suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
