Package: gnome-shell-extension-taskbar Version: 54.0-1 Please consider dropping the upper limit on gnome-shell for your packaged extension. This will make gnome-shell transitions a bit smoother.
Ubuntu 17.04 includes gnome-shell 3.24. And 54.0-1 claims to be compatible with gnome-shell 3.24 in its metadata.json Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
