Package: python-ginga Version: 2.6.1-1 Severity: serious Justification: blocks removal of no longer supported packages
python-ginga has an alternate recommends on pywebkitgtk, but pywebkitgtk has been removed from Debian stretch. (See https://bugs.debian.org/790218 ). I believe this is a Release Critical bug because as long as something installed still recommends the package, it will stay installed on users' computers even though the package is no longer built in Debian or supported.
