I have gathered a few Korean people 1-2 weeks ago while I was looking for a translator to complete a few translations. Indeed a call for help ws forwarded by someone to a Korean mailing list and several Korean users have answered me with help offer and intent to work on Korean l10n in Debian. This is why I jumped in and proposed this mailing list so that they immediately have the correct gathering place. I have mailed them yesterday, asking them to support the list by sending the needed mails to the bug report. Of course, I also asked them to only do this if they have a *real* interest and want to participate. I know that list creation is a time-consuming task and I don't want your time be wasted.
