Hi there! The next release of util-vserver (which I am preparing now for upload), moves the vserver-copy script into a separate legacy directory to make it more obvious that this is a legacy only script. It is also moved there to make it clear to people still using the old method that its time to move on to bigger and better things :) I'm going to close this bug in the changelog for upload, if you don't mind.
