Hi, the creation of /var/lib/uim/* depends on the installation and configuration order of libuim-data and uim-utils. The sequence apt-get install libuim-data apt-get install uim-utils causes /var/lib/uim/* not to be generated, since uim-module-manager is not available at the time libuim-data gets configured.
