Hi Stephen, mshr is another fenics component alongside dolfin. It's not required for general dolfin usage, though of course your tutorial example uses it. The ftp-masters have blocked mshr from the archives since it uses a local copy of CGAL, rather than the system CGAL, see https://bugs.debian.org/824716 We're working with upsteam to enable a build with the system CGAL. In the meantime the repo is https://anonscm.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/fenics/mshr.git/ Please build a local package from that. Cheers, Drew
