yes, I do.

For me the line wrap/automargins looks like a sane guess.

In the meantime I observed the same problem when using

    xterm -> tmux -> mosh -> cygwin SSH -> bash
    xterm -> tmux -> mosh -> cygwin SSH -> tmux -> bash

(no, don't ask ;)


And the symptom is that characters spill into the next lines when they 
shouldn't.
