Hi I have the same issues and I believe this is related to the new "KEYCONSIDERED" status in "recent" gpgme versions.
There's an upstream bug report here: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=778607 with a patch attached that fixe the issues for me. Best, -- Beren Minor
