Dear Maintainer,

I changed the putty TERM setting to putty* to reflect my actual terminal but now the windows title doesn't change anymore which is bad since I use the putty windows title for keypass auto-type feature. The "fix" is easy, just add "putty*" to

# If this is an xterm set the title to user@host:dir
case "$TERM" in
xterm*|rxvt*|putty*)
