evince 3.20.1 on Fedora 24 works fine. evince 3.22.1 on Fedora 25 works fine, too. And I cannot find any difference between Debian package and Fedora one. https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/evince/sources/spec/ So, if you would think this bug is not related to evince, please reassign.
