Package: opendmarc
Version: 1.3.2~Beta1-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

At some point, OpenDMARC stopped honouring the Socket option in its
config file. This results in 127.0.0.1:12302 never being bound with the
configuration file attached.
