We can't regenerate the upstream version since it is generated from a git commit ID, but that git commit is not public:
fastboot/Android.mk: fastboot_version := $(shell git -C $(LOCAL_PATH) rev-parse --short=12 HEAD 2>/dev/null)-android https://android.googlesource.com/platform/system/core/+/0e9850346394 So I'm just going to use the package version.
