Package: gnome-panel Version: 2.12.2-3 Severity: normal When starting a new gnome session from the command line (i.e. 'startx'), if the gnome-panel contains the workplace switcher applet (added in an earlier session), startup 'sticks', and wnck-applet uses 100% of the CPU, accomplishing nothing. If I kill wnck-applet by hand, then gnome-panel startup finishes, along with a dialog box about wnck-applet failing.
At this point, I can add the workplace switcher to the panel with no problem, but the next time I start gnome, I get the identical problem. This started occuring with the upgrade to 2.12 in unstable (previously at 2.10).
