In both cases, the system stops as soon as it attempts to boot from the CD (as in, I get left at the BIOS' "Boot from CD:" message, with a blinking cursor). I have tried re-burning the CDs, with verification turned on, three times but to no avail. Both Ubuntu Breezy i386 and DesktopBSD 1.0RC3 i386 installed fine a little while ago, so I don't think it is a hardware issue. My CD/DVD drive is a Liteon DVDRW SHW-1635S with firmware revision YS0Q. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
