Hello,
It seems that the trouble is not a technical one.
The script "update-flashplugin-nonfree" gets at first the latest version
available at Adobe's.
By calling a Perl script, that can be run directly, giving today :
# perl get-upstream-version.pl x86_64
24.0.0.221
After that the script "update-flashplugin-nonfree" tries to download a
file accordingly :
http://people.debian.org/~bartm/flashplugin-nonfree/D5C0FC14/fp.24.0.0.221.sha512.amd64.pgp.asc
Which is not found, because the latest available today at
"debian.people.org/~bartm/..." is :
fp.24.0.0.186.sha512.amd64.pgp.asc
So the script "update-flashplugin-nonfree" exists with an error message :
ERROR: wget failed to download
http://people.debian.org/~bartm/flashplugin-nonfree/D5C0FC14/fp.24.0.0.221.sha512.amd64.pgp.asc
The problem is not a technical one, but just a simple question of
maintenance of the site "debian.people.org/~bartm/..." in order to
follow the latest version from Adobe.
Best whishes
