account folder is transferred via cp , this _probably_ works during test, but consider this more then 10 years old account: du -ms .icedove_moved_by_thunderbird_starter 42273 .icedove_moved_by_thunderbird_starter So not only you duplicate 42Gigs, but you also require me to have spare 42GB available for this transition. As of two days ago, i "only" had 35GB of free space available. It would be better to check folder size and free space available. Perhaps you do this. So if the folder is large, give me some options.
